What is Zcooly? Who owns Zcooly?

Zcooly AB is a 100 % owned subsidiary of IUS innovation AB, a IT development company in Sweden. We offer educational games for parents and teachers all over the world. Our games are developed in collaboration with experienced game developer and school teachers.

When was Zcooly formed and what is your vision?

Zcooly is an exciting program offering several educational games made for kids between the ages of five to twelve years of age. The program was started in 2012 with the belief that it could offer younger school students a fun way to discover new methods and techniques for learning.

Zcooly is contained in its own game-world filled with many different environments and characters. It is a huge, extensive, and ongoing concept full of education games that are developed and released at a steady pace.

The games are not platform-specific, meaning that you can play them on almost any computer or mobile device.

The purpose of Zcooly is to engage and challenge kids to educate themselves. Zcooly uses children’s interest in games to get children to learn. Our goal is to develop an entire world full of fun and educational games for different subjects that are engrossing and motivate children to learn, both at school and in their free-time.

The Zcooly games are suited for children from the age of 5 to 12.

Right now, Zcooly have 10 different games for english speaking children.

How do I get Zcooly Play for my family?

If you are using a iPhone or iPad, we recommend you get an Apple subscription for Zcooly.

If you are not using iPhone or iPad, please register on our website and follow the instructions.

How much is a Zcooly subscription?

For families, a Zcooly subscription is $3,99, and all your children will get access to all our educational games, around the clock.

How to I cancel my subscription for Zcooly for my Family?

Visit https://login.zcooly.com in your web browser and log in.
Then click “My account” and then “Subscription”. To cancel your subscription click the “Cancel subscription” link.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Visit https://login.zcooly.com/parent/forgot and enter the email address you use to log in to Zcooly. We will then send a mail to you so you can reset your password.

How do I add children in my account?

You need a Zcooly login to add a child to your account.
If you have an Apple subscription, contact us and we help you to get a Zcooly Login.

If you have a Zcooly login you simply log in to your account in your web browser on the address https://login.zcooly.com.
When you are logged in, click “My account” and at the bottom on that page click the green plus button with the text “Add child”. Enter the name of the child i the box above and click “Save”.

How do I create an Apple subscription for the Zcooly games?

Download and install any of our game apps from AppStore.

Search for “Zcooly” in AppStore and you will see our 10 different game apps.
When you start the app the first time, you click the button “Try Zcooly for free”, and after you accepted the terms in AppStore, your subscription is activated.

After your free trial the Apple subscription cost only $ 3.99.

How can I see whether I have an Apple Subscription or not?

Our game apps has a setting icon in the upper left corner. Click on it and if you see a text saying “Apple subscription code”, you have an Apple Subscription.

How do I cancel the Apple subscription for Zcooly?

In your iPhone or iPad where you first got your Apple subscrition: Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription to end your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

I have an Apple subscription. How can I play the game apps on another IOS device than the one I got the subscription on?

On your other device, install the same game app on which you started your Apple subscription.
When you start the installed app on your other device, click “I already have a login” and then you click “Apple subscription”.

Now you need to login to your Apple Account and when this is done, you are logged in and your subscription is active on the new device. Now you can install and play all other games from Zcooly without the need to login to them.

How can I get Zcooly for my class or school?

You register at our website. Visit https://login.zcooly.com/register/teacher and follow the instructions.

How much is a Zcooly subscription for my class or school?

Go to https://login.zcooly.com/teacher/forgot and enter the email address you are using to log in at Zcooly. We will then send a mail with instructions on how to reset your password.

Can my students play Zcooly at home?

Ofcourse! Your students can play using a web browser or by downloading our apps. They login the same way they do at school.
